Local Albany meetup

This week, I was lucky enough to be part of a meetup. Naomi Seldin is a local journalist who blogs about living with less stuff, and she gives away some really cool stuff in the process. She and a few of her blog fans (myself included) got together to give away stuff, get new stuff, or just leave old stuff behind. We were instructed to bring five items to swap. I am, however, very proud to say that I only took three items home - a cute snowman dish, a box of holiday cards, and a very cute frog figurine, which has now become my kitchen mascot:



We had an awesome time, even though the wine and cheese were conspicuously missing from the festivities.
